DESCRIPTION: This datafile contains the chart boundaries for the 26 charts in the SKY ATLAS 2000.0 by Wil Tirion, published by Sky Publishing Corporation.
DATA: Displayed is the chart number for the current HyperSky field cursor position. Although the atlas charts do not follow constant lines of RA and Dec, and do overlap, this datafile follows the lead of the atlas index in defining the WORKING chart boundaries to be slightly-overlapping lines of constant RA and Dec. The WORKING boundaries do not include all of each chart, but do include the sky areas best represented by each chart.
If you set a non-BLACK line color for this file the boundaries of all AAVSO atlas charts surrounding your current cursor position will be drawn in your chosen color when you request datafile information (using ENTER or the right mouse button) or draw boundaries (with the 'b' command).
