GALAXY CLUSTERS
Abell Galaxy Cluster Catalog:
A homogeneous all-sky catalog of 4,076 rich galaxy clusters, nominally complete to redshift z
= 0.2 for clusters with populations of 30 or more galaxies in the magnitude range m(3) to
m(3) + 2.0, where m(3) is the magnitude of the third-brightest cluster galaxy.
Abell Supplementary Southern Galaxy Clusters:
1,174 supplementary galaxy clusters below -17 degrees which were not rich enough (m(3) +
2 > 30) or were too distant (m(3) + 2> 21) to be included in the the main Abell Galaxy Cluster
Catalog.
CGCG Zwicky Catalog of Galaxy Clusters:
9,134 galaxy clusters extending from the north celestial pole south to the Palomar Sky
Survey dec zone astride the celestial equator.
1989 Fornax Cluster Galaxy Catalog:
340 Fornax cluster member galaxies and 2,338 Fornax cluster background galaxies centered
on the Fornax Cluster at RA 3h35m, Dec -35.7 degrees. The catalog is diameter-limited,
having a limiting diameter of 17' at an isophote of B(T) about 26.5.
Coma Cluster Galaxy Catalog:
6724 Coma cluster field galaxies and probable galaxies with b(26.5) 21.0 in a 2.63-degree-
square are centered on NGC 4874.
Catalog of Isolated Pairs of Galaxies:
603 isolated paris of galaxies with a magnitude greater than 15.7 and a declination greater
than -3 degrees.
