MICA Version 2.0 generates oppositions of the Sun with the major planets and/or selected asteroids for a range of dates. An opposition is defined to occur when the apparent geocentric longitude of the Sun differs by 180° from the celestial object. For each object, the times and dates of oppositions are tabulated, in addition to the apparent geocentric right ascension and declination.
